Paityn and daddy taking a nap after a long day Well our little girl has finally come! Paityn Christine Hughes was born August 25,2009 at 9:19 am!! She weighed 7 lbs. 1.2 oz. and was 19 inches long. She has tons of dark hair and big dark blue eyes! She spent her time at the hospital in the NICU because she swallowed a little fluid after delivery but she is doing great now. Motherhood definately has not been easy but it has been great! Brady has been a huge help too. He is so great with her, he just makes it seem so easy! I know things will get a little easier over time but right now they are a little scary. She is just so little and fragile. We both love her very much and can't wait to start this new journey in our lives with her.
